All foreign participants must have a valid passport. Those from countries which do not have a VISA-waiver agreement with Japan are required to obtain VISA before arriving in Japan. Please contact the nearest Japanese Embassy/Consulate about VISA requirements. If you need assistance with your documents to apply VISA, please contact the VISA Support Office of 17th IFHTSE indicated below.
Please note that VISA Support Office can only issue VISA documents for participants who have already registered and paid the registration fee.
