| Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Congress materials. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policies: |
Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification to the effect
as follows, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Congress.
Cancellation Refund
Cancellation made until May 31, 2008 (JST): Deduction of JPY3000 from amount paid
Cancellation made until July 31, 2008 (JST): 50% of amount paid
Cancellation made from August 1, 2008 (JST): No refund |
